Notice of Annual Meeting
April 18, 2018
This letter shall serve as official notice of the Annual Meeting for Mountaingate Homeowners Association. This meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 18 at the Route 40 Pizza Hut. The sign in for the meeting will begin at 6:45 and the meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.

If you are unable to attend this meeting please return your signed proxy to the address on the proxy. You may send it via e-mail (chassett@clagett.com) or fax (301-695-9557). The proxy includes instructions as to how it can be used. If you wish to have the proxy holder vote in the election you must have both your signature and the signature of the person to whom you are assigning this proxy notarized. If not notarized, the proxy will only be used to establish quorum. Should a quorum not be achieved at this meeting, the meeting will be adjourned and a new meeting will be called to order shortly thereafter. The number of members present at this meeting shall be considered sufficient to constitute a quorum.

If you wish to be on the ballot as a candidate for one of the three Board positions that will be voted on at this meeting please contact Chrisse Hassett at Clagett Management (301-695-6676, ext. 205 or chassett@clagett.com) before April 19th and she will pass your name along to the nominating committee. Nominations from the floor will be made at the meeting. All those who wish to run for Board positions will be given an opportunity to speak to the members at the meeting. There are three Board positions that will be filled at this election. The three board members elected will serve a two year term.
All members are urged to attend this meeting. This is a great opportunity for you to become involved in your community, to meet neighbors, to bring up any concerns that you have and to enjoy some pizza.
