All regular Board Meetings take place at 20 Mountaingate Drive, Frederick MD 21703, in the lobby of the Dental Office of
Dr Douglas K Tavenner, Jr, DDS, FAGD.
All HOA members are always invited to attend Board of Directors Meetings.
We expect to stick to this schedule. However in the event of conflicts, the schedule may change.
